Seven Chairs — account & data deletion

You can delete your Seven Chairs account and the data associated with it at any time. This page explains what gets deleted and how to do it.

What deletion covers

Deleting your account permanently removes, within 30 days:

• your account and sign-in identifiers (email, linked Google/Apple sign-in);
• everything your AI team remembers — structured memory (business facts, goals, decisions, commitments), session summaries, and your founder bio;
• your business metrics, check-ins, and streaks;
• your message-credit balance.

Deleted data also leaves our encrypted backups within 90 days.

Kept where the law requires: billing and usage records needed for tax, accounting, and billing-dispute obligations (kept up to 7 years, then deleted); records of a deletion request itself.

Chat threads are stored on your device, not our servers — deleting the app, signing out, or clearing them removes them.

Subscriptions: deleting your account does not cancel an active store subscription. Cancel it in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions (or App Store → Subscriptions on iOS) — otherwise the store may keep billing you.

How to delete

In the app: You → Account → Delete account, and confirm. This flow is rolling out — until it appears in your version, use the email method below; it is just as effective.

By email: send a message to support@sevenchairs.ai with the subject "Delete my account" from the email address linked to your account. We will verify the request and confirm deletion within 30 days.

Partial deletion (without deleting your account)

You control your data in the app: You → Your memory lets you view, edit, or delete any individual memory item, and your metrics and goals are editable in place. You can also request deletion of specific data by email.
